What is DDP shipping and how does it work?

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) means all import duties and taxes are included in the final price. You won’t pay anything extra when your order arrives.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes. Notify us via Instagram @charlotteandlace or via email customercare@charlotteandlace.com within 24 hours of purchase to request changes or cancellation. After that window, we can’t guarantee modifications.

How do I choose the right size?

Check our size guide on each product page. If you’re still unsure, send your bust/waist/hip measurements to customercare@charlotteandlace.com and we’ll help you choose.
