If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — with a fair and respectful return policy.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, please email us at customercare@charlotteandlace.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original or equivalent packaging.
As a small, independent brand working with international DDP shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We currently do not offer return labels or reverse logistics.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
