🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. All orders are shipped using Express Courier (Air) with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means we cover all import duties and taxes, so you won't face any additional charges upon delivery.

📦 Shipping Costs
Free shipping with DDP on all orders over $100 USD.

Orders under $100 may include a fixed shipping fee (if applicable, this will be shown at checkout).

🚚 Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Express Courier and typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

🧵 Processing Time
Because our pieces are crafted and packed with care, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches or holidays, this may take slightly longer.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. Charlotte & Lace is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
